gem888 Platform Agreement

3.Account Eligibility

To be eligible to register and maintain an Account on gem888, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times while maintaining an active Account.
• You are registering as an individual acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, trustee, or representative of any third party.
• You do not hold any existing Account on gem888, whether active, suspended, or closed. Only one Account person is permitted.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from gem888 or been subject to a mandatory exclusion imposed by gem888's compliance team.
• You are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not expressly prohibited by applicable law.
• All information you provide during registration — including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and payment details — is accurate, current, and complete.
• You are not a current or former employee, director, agent, affiliate, or contractor of gem888 or any of its associated entities, nor an immediate family member of any such person.

4.Account Registration & KYC Verification

To access gem888's services, prospective Members must complete the registration form in full. You agree to provide accurate and truthful information and to update your account details promptly should any information change subsequent to registration.

KYC Verification: Before any withdrawal is processed, gem888 requires all Members to complete identity verification by submitting the following documentation:

• Primary Identity Document: A valid Malaysian MyKad (IC), Driver's Licence, or current Passport — clearly showing full name, date of birth, and identification number.
• Proof of Address: A recent utility bill (TNB, Syabas, Indah Water), bank statement, or official government correspondence issued within the preceding three (3) calendar months, displaying your residential address.
• Selfie with ID: A clear photograph of the Member holding their primary identity document beside their face in adequate lighting.
• Payment Method Verification: Where required, evidence that the payment method used for deposits is registered in the Member's name (e.g., screenshot of e-wallet profile or bank statement header).

gem888 aims to complete KYC reviews within 24–48 business hours of receiving a complete documentation set. Members will be notified of the outcome via their registered email address. gem888 reserves the right to request additional documentation at its sole discretion.

5.Terms of Use

As a Member of gem888, you agree to use the platform solely for lawful entertainment purposes and in strict compliance with these Terms. The following conduct is expressly prohibited and may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referal to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one Account, whether using the same or different personal details, IP addresses, or devices.
• Using the platform for any form of money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities in any game or platform feature. Any winings obtained through exploitation are void and will be reversed.
• Using automated scripts, bots, artificial intelligence tools, or any form of software-assisted play to gain an unfair advantage over the house or other players.
• Coluding with other Members or platform agents to manipulate game outcomes in live dealer, poker, or any multiplayer environment.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or harassing conduct toward gem888 staff, support agents, or other Members via any platform communication channel.
• Sharing Account credentials with any third party, including family members. gem888 Accounts are strictly personal and non-transferable.
• Accessing the platform through any means designed to circumvent geographic or technical restrictions imposed by gem888.

gem888 reserves the right to monitor all Account activity for compliance with these Terms and to take appropriate enforcement action without prior notice where a breach is detected or reasonably suspected.

6.Deposits & Payments

gem888 accepts deposits via the following Malaysian payment methods: FPX (all participating Malaysian banks including Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, RHB, and AmBank), DuitNow Transfer, Touch'n Go eWallet, Boost eWallet, GrabPay, and supported cryptocurrencies (BTC, ETH, USDT TRC20, LTC). All account balances are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise stated.

• All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in the Member's own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed on the Cashier screen at the time of transaction.
• gem888 does not charge deposit fees for standard payment methods. Cryptocurrency network fees areborne by the Member and charged by the respective network, not by gem888.
• Deposits made via FPX and e-walets are typically credited within sixty (60) seconds of payment confirmation. Cryptocurrency deposits require a minimum of one (1) network confirmation before credit is applied.
• gem888 reserves the right to refuse or reverse deposits that cannot be adequately verified or that raise concerns under its anti-money laundering obligations.
• Deposited funds are held in segregated accounts and are not used for gem888's operational expenses.

7.Withdrawals

Members may request withdrawal of funds from their Wallet Balance subject to the following conditions being met in full:

• The Member's KYC verification has been successfully completed and approved.
• Any applicable wagering requirements on Bonus Funds credited to the Account have been satisfied in full prior to the withdrawal request.
• The withdrawal method used must be the same payment channel through which the equivalent deposit was made, where technically possible. gem888 may request additional verification for withdrawals to payment methods not previously used.
• gem888 aims to process approved withdrawal requests within one (1) to three (3) business days. Processing times may vary depending on payment method and transaction volume. Same-day processing is available for standard e-wallet withdrawals during business hours.
• gem888 reserves the right to apply enhanced due diligence checks on withdrawals above MYR 10,000 per transaction, which may extend processing time.
• Where a Member has never placed a wager on the platform, gem888 reserves the right to deduct a processing fee of up to MYR 30 or return the deposit in full via the original deposit method before processing the withdrawal.

8.Bonuses & Promotions

gem888 offers a variety of promotional bonuses including, but not limited to, welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback rewards, referal bonuses, and loyalty tier incentives. All bonuses are subject to these general terms and any specific terms communicated at the time the bonus is issued.

• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement (rollover) that must be fulfilled before any portion of the bonus or bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is specified in each bonus offer's specific terms.
• Wagering requirements apply to the bonus amount only, unless otherwise specified. Real-money deposits are always withdrawable subject to standard KYC requirements.
• Bonuses are issued on a per-person, per-household, per-IPaddress, and per-payment-method basis. Attempting to claim the same bonus through multiple Accounts constitutes abuse and will result in forfeiture of all bonuses and closure of affected Accounts.
• gem888 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at its sole discretion and without prior notice, save for offers where the Member has already commenced satisfaction of wagering requirements.
• Certain games may contribute at different percentages toward wagering requirement completion. Slots typically contribute 100%; live dealer games, table games, and sports bets may contribute at a reduced rate as specified in the bonus terms.
• Maximum bet limits apply while a bonus is active. Placing single bets in excess of MYR 50 per round while a bonus is in play may result in voiding of the bonus and associated winnings at gem888's discretion.

9.Gameplay & Betting Rules

gem888 provides access to a library of casino games sourced from multiple licensed international game studios. All game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems, subject to independent third-party audit. Live dealer games are streamed in real time from licensed studio facilities.

• All bets placed are final once confirmed. gem888 does not accept cancellations of confirmed bets under any circumstances, except where a documented technical fault attributable to gem888's platform has materially affected the game outcome.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game session — including connection interruption, platform downtime, or software error — gem888 will void the affected round and return the staked amount to the Member's Wallet Balance.
• Sports betting settlement is based on the official result issued by the relevant governing body (e.g., FIFA, AFC Ligue de Football Professionnel, UFC) within 72 hours of event completion. gem888 reserves the right to defer settlement in cases where the result is under official dispute or review.
• gem888 reserves the right to impose maximum bet limits on any event, market, or individual Member Account at any time without prior notice, particularly where unusual betting patterns are detected.
• Obvious pricing errors ("palpable errors") in published odds do not bind gem888. Any bets placed on clearly eroneous odds will be settled at the correct market price or voided at gem888's discretion.

10.Responsible Gambling

gem888 is committed to the promotion of responsible gambling. We provide a suite of player protection tools accessible through every Member's Account dashboard. We encourage all Members to use these tools as part of a healthy approach to gambling.

• Deposit Limits: Members may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Once set, a limit reduction takes effect immediately; a limit increase is subject to a24-hour cooling-off period before activation.
• Session Time Limits: Members may set a maximum session duration after which the platform will prompt a break. Session limits can be adjusted at any time subject to the same cooling-off rules as deposit limits.
• Cooling-Off Period: Members may request a temporary suspension of their Account for a defined period (minimum 24 hours, maximum 6 months). During this period, the Member cannot log in, deposit, or place bets.
• Self-Exclusion: Members who believe they have a gambling problem may request permanent self-exclusion. Self-exclusion is irevocable for a minimum period of twelve (12) months. Requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected] and will be actioned within 24 hours of receipt.

11.Intellectual Property

All content published on gem888.cam — including but not limited to the gem888 brand name, logo, website design, software code, game interfaces, text, graphics, audio-visual elements, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of gem888 or its licensed content suppliers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

• Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.
• Reproducing, copying, distributing, publicly displaying, modifying, or creating derivative works from any platform content without the prior written consent of gem888 is strictly prohibited.
• Scraping, crawling, or systematically extracting data from the Platform — including odds, game data, or user information — without express written authorisation is a material breach of these Terms.
• The gem888 name, logo, and related marks are trademarks of gem888. Unauthorised use of these marks in any context constitutes trademark infringement.

12.Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, gem888 and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or its services.

• gem888 does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted access to the Platform and accepts no liability for losses incurred as a result of temporary downtime, maintenance windows, or force majeure events.
• gem888 accepts no liability for losses arising from the Member's own failure to adequately secure their Account credentials or device access.
• gem888's aggregate liability to any Member in respect of any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
• Nothing in these Terms shall operate to exclude or restrict gem888's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other matter that cannot be lawfully excluded or limited.

13.Account Suspension & Termination

gem888 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Member Account, and to withold or void associated balances, in any of the following circumstances:

• The Member has breached any provision of these Terms, including but not limited to eligibility requirements, prohibited conduct, or bonus abuse.
• gem888 has reasonable grounds to suspect money laundering, fraud, identity theft, or any other criminal activity associated with the Account.
• The Member has provided false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC verification.
• The Account has been inactive (no login, deposit, or wager) for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. gem888 will notify the Member via registered email prior to applying any inactivity fee or closure procedure.
• A court order, regulatory directive, or law enforcement instruction requires gem888 to restrict or close the Account.

Members who wish to voluntarily close their Account may do so at any time by contacting [email protected]. Any verified Real Money Balance remaining at the time of voluntary closure will be refunded to the Member's verified payment method within five (5) business days, subject to applicable withdrawal conditions.

14.Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which gem888 holds its operating licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms — including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination — shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.

Prior to commencing any formal legal proceedings, Members agree to first raise the matter with gem888's customer support team and allow period of thirty (30) calendar days for gem888 to investigate and attempt resolution. gem888 will acknowledge all formal disputes within five (5) business days of receipt.

In the event that gem888's internal dispute resolution process does not result in a satisfactory outcome for the Member, the Member may refer the matter to an independent dispute resolution body as designated under gem888's applicable gaming licence.

15.Amendments to These Terms

gem888 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material — that is, where they meaningfully affect Members' rights or obligations — gem888 will provide at least fourteen (14) calendar days' notice to Members via their registered email address and/or a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.

Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes the Member's acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must close your Account before the effective date and withdraw your remaining balance.

The "Last Updated" date displayed at the top of this page will be revised each time these Terms are materially amended. We recommend that Members review these Terms periodically to remain informed of their current rights and obligations.
